In applications like Photovoltaik or wind power conductors with large cross-sections are used increasinly. JEAN MÜLLER now offers a distribution block, wich can contact conductors up to 500mm² on one side and two conductors up to 300mm² each on the other side. Thereby it doesn't matter if the conductor is made of cupper or aluminum. These distribution blocks simplify the connection of large conducters significantly.

Smart Grid without measuring technology as the basis of the decision is not implementable. All energy data can be collected only in the energy distribution. Therefore KoCoS and JEAN MÜLLER rely on a strategic partnership for the development of system expertise. SASILplus-MOT strips are mainly for system, cable and motor protection in main and sub-distribution of low-voltage switchgear assemblies. Thanks to its factory-installed motor drive, the SASILplus-MOT is the device for remote-controlled switching.

Switch-and controlgear assemblies often require 3-pole outgoing units with currents higher than 630A.With the further developed SASILplus switch up to a rated operational current of 1000A now this market requirement is fulfilled.

The SASILplus can also be used as an incoming feeding unit.

As of now JEAN MÜLLER offers NH fuse-links with utilization category gPV for PV applications also with a rated voltage of DC1500V (maximum DC voltage according to Low Voltage Directive).

The solution based on a circuit-breaker for fuse monitoring is ideal for those applications where the limitations of use of electronic fuse monitoring units have already been exceeded due to different operational voltage, kind of current or other parameters.

In electrical circuits there is a multiplicity of electrical connections. Together with cables and bus bars they act as a serial connection of resistance. The sum of all resistances significantly determines the impedance as well as the power dissipation of the circuits.

This new leaflet contains standardised low voltage power and controlgear assemblies (PSC) acc. to DIN EN 61439-1/DIN EN 61439-2. The panel design consists of supporting plates (sheet metal). The panels are designed in open or enclosed type, differing in hight and width.

Corresponding to the dimensions the panels can be used in compact substations (non-walk in type) or substations walk-in type.

Rated currents of the assemblies are between 910A and 1.600A (630kVA/1.000kVA). Feeding is conducted via NH-strip-type fuse disconnector size 3-910A or fuse switch-disconnector size 4a. NH-strip-type fuse disconnectors size 2 are used for offgoing units.

Customised constructions are available on request.

End of 2010 Rheingaus largest photovoltaic plant was installed on the buildings of JEAN MÜLLER in Eltville. This consistently marks the company’s entry into the renewable energy. Beside the high energy saving and environmental protection also the constant adaptation of the own products is an other big advantage. Thus the components, described in this essay, were used.
